Hello All,

This e-mail will serve as our request for a three year renewal of our Expo contractfor (2020, 2021, 2022). You will have (15) days to respond if you would like torenew with PAE. Please respond on or before October 31, 2016. See page 6section VIII. of the attached current contract for renewal clause.

If the Chapter decides to move forward with a contract renewal with PAE, we willsend you a contract to be executed and returned to PAE within (15) days of receiptwith the required deposit. We are sending this request today, as we know this is onthe agenda for your October 22, 2016 Executive Committee Meeting.

Unless you direct otherwise, these are the cities for the 2020, 2021, 2022. This isbased on rotation and cities that can accommodate the Florida Works Expo.

2020 – South FL (West Palm Beach or Ft. Lauderdale)2021 – Daytona Beach2022 – Tampa

We have enjoyed partnering with the APWA Florida Chapter for (16) years and lookforward to many more.
