This toolkit was created by Yollocalli Arts Reach, a youth initiative of the National Museum of Mexican Art, in Chicago, Illinois. In 2012, we established the Yollocalli Youth Council with the assistance of Hive Chicago to help further our mission of creating student-centered programming with an emphasis on youth culture. The following pages outline our steps in designing and implementing a youth board.
