I’m interested in building the biggest choir
possible. Anybody who’s ever been in the
church choir knows that it’s a whole lot of work.
It’s not a passive experience.
And I know there’s so many people out there
who are just waiting for an invitation to join the
choir. They have a voice, they just don’t
believe they can sing yet.
What the best organizers do is say,
“Come sing with me, let’s learn new music.
Teach me new music.”

“You already had the gift. I’m here to make
you realize you can access the gift long after
I’m gone.”
