type 2 diabetes– Health care professionals who serve older adults

• Promote actions steps appropriate for older adults• Easy to access with minimal registration process

and cost• Have limited or no advertising



Submit a Resource• If you know of a resource focused on diabetes in older

adults, share it with NDEP!• NDEP is looking to collect resources in a variety of

formats, including:– Websites– Books, brochures, and tip sheets– Videos– Tracking tools– Mobile applications– Journal articles
