3. Ask how long the interview is

scheduled to last.

4. Ask who will be involved in the

interview.

At the interview:

1. Firm hand shake and eye contact.

2. Utilize the repeat method.

3. Ask these questions:

How long have staff worked here?

What is your leadership style?

Are there areas within my experience

that could use improvement?

Allow yourself time to ask about benefits, growth,

etc.

4. If you bring something to present, use it!
