This is God’s Word for my life in this place and at this time. Today I am a new creation in Christ, I

am God’s very own and I believe he has a purpose for my life.

“Let love be your highest goal!”

1 Cor 14:1

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears.

When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

1 Corinthians 13:8-13

The Gift of Forgiveness!

The Gift of a Liberated Heart

“To forgive is to set the prisoner free, and discover that the prisoner what

you.”Lewis B. Smedes

The Gift of a Growing Heart

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against

me? Up to seven times?”Matthew 18:21

The Gift of a Godly Heart

Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts,

Colossians 3:13-15

Do you know what hurts so very much? It’s Love. Love is the strongest force in the world and when it is blocked that means pain. There are two things we can do when this happens. We can kill that love so that is stops hurting. But then of course part of us dies, too. Or we can ask God to open up another route for that love to travel.” Corrie ten Boom, The Hiding Place
