demographic information AND assigning an ACADEMIC PROGRAM

DADD – used for temporary SSN XNCA – used to obtain Education Level

& Employment for End-of-Semester reporting

ASPR – used to establish student discounts

REGISTRATION

RGN – used to enter student into sections Drill down on Section Name & Title takes

you to the SRGC screen Drill down on Stat and it also takes you to

the SRGC screen If registering a new student not in

system will automatically take you to the RGPE screen

MAKING CHANGES

STAC – making changes on student’s record SACD – Student Academic Credit Detail

(used to delete Verified Grade on FGRN screen)

STNC – Student Academic Credit Comments

STRP – Student Course Repeat RGCS – Registration Changes (used to

delete Final Grade on the FGRN screen)

INQUIRY ONLY FORMS

Use the AR Account Inquiry (ARAI) form to view a summary of an individual’s accounts receivable account history. You can view the history for a specific term or for all terms.

Use the Student Locator (LOCR) screen to view a student's scheduled activities for a given date. This information might help locate a student in the case of an emergency or the need for immediate communication.

INQUIRY ONLY FORMS

Use the Registration Activity Monitor (RGAM) screen during a registration session to identify course sections that are approaching the default percentage full.

Use the Registration Billing Summary (RGBS) screen to view a summary of a student's registration billing for a selected term, time period, or all their registration billing.

INQUIRY ONLY FORMS

Use the Academic Roster Inquiry (RSTR) screen to view academic information by course section and student.

Use the Section Inquiry (SINQ) screen to view information about a section. You can detail to this from the Section Cross-List (SXRF) screen.

INQUIRY ONLY FORMS

Use the Section Meeting Inquiry (SMIN) screen to view meeting information for a section including enrollment information, cross-listed sections, and an instructor list. You can detail to Section Roster Inquiry (SRSI) screen to view the section's roster.

Use the Student Registration By Date (SRBD) screen to view graded, added, deleted, dropped, and/or withdrawn academic credit with or without the use of academic term as limiting criteria.

INQUIRY ONLY FORMS

Use the Section Summary (SSUM) screen to view and maintain sections of a course. This screen lets you restrict your view of sections by date range, location, and status, and displays enrollment-related figures for each section.

Use the Student Terms Summary (STRS) screen to view all of a student's associated terms and the following information about each:

Use the Student Schedule (STSC) screen to view a student's schedule as a result of an immediate registration or for the purpose of doing an inquiry for various requests by staff or students. You can access this screen by detailing from the Registration (RGN) screen.
