Avisionboard issimplyaboardofanysize,which has pictures, words and other itemscollagedontoit.Thepurposeistocreateapictureorvisionofwhat you want to bring into your life; thiscould be where you’d like to visit or live,changestoyourexistingenvironmentorlife,whoyouwanttobecomeandwhatyouwantyourlifetobelike.

VisionBoardsarealsoknownasTreasureMaps,GoalBoardsandDreamBoardsandby giving the thoughts and images attention, we are working with the Law ofAttractiontomanifestthemintoourlives.The images help program the reticular activating system which is the filteringsystemofourbrains,totuneusintoexternalstimuliwhichhelpsusmoveclosertoourintention.It’salittlelikearadiosignalthatwetriggerourbrainstotuneinto,tohelp us get closer to the areas which we have intentionally mapped out on ourboards. Stepstocreatingyourvisionboard

1) Gothroughyourmagazinesandstartcollectingimagesandwordsthatresonatewithyou(don’tglueanythingyet!).Don’trush,thisisapowerfulexercisetoattractyourvisions.

2) Starttogothroughyourimagesandlaythemoutonyourboard.Thisishighlyintuitivepartoftheexercisesofeelfreetomovethemabout,takeoutonesthatnolongerfeelright,youmayseeathemestartingtoemerge.

3) Firstlypasteaphotoofyourself,smilinghappilytoshowtheexpressionwhenallthesethingscometrueinyourlife.

4) Whenyouareready,starttoglueyourimagesandwordsontotheboard.Youcanalsodrawandaddadditionalwordsyourselfasyoubuildyourimagery.
