Marchwasabusymonthforusattheshelter.Morethan

1,100animalscameintoourshelter--ofthose,morethan

390weredogsand700werecats!Thankstotheincredible

workofstaff,volunteers,rescues,adoptersandour

interestedstakeholders,ourlivereleaseremainedabove90

percent.

Wealsosawhowmuchourworkmeanstoyou,our

community.Youhelpedusdoubleourmonthlydonorgoal

duringthelaunchofournewSustainingmemberprogram,

theSocietyforSecondChances.Thankstoyoursupport...I

gottorunaveryuphillrace(whoknew!),the5KConshy

Classic,inacatsuit.Wehopetocontinuethismomentumas

wemoveintothebusiesttimeofyear.Everylittlebitof

sustainingsupporthelps,andwearedeeplygratefulforall

neededspaceinourdogkennels.Aswemoveintowhatis

traditionallythebusiesttimeofyear-SpringandSummer-

wewillcontinuetoneedyoursupportadopting,fosteringand

rescuingourwonderfulPhila-breddogsandcats.
