JobStreet will have an even

Bigger Talent Bank in 2009

1. 2009 Key Activity : MCTF

1. There will 2 MCTF events in 2009 : 16-18 Jan and 11- 13 Sept. This leaves

little opportunity for any one else to create any other career event with

impact.

2. MCTF will be re branded JobStreet MCTF, and will create much more

branding at the event to reflect the ownership we have of the event.

3. JobStreet to handle all logistics and jobseeker activities.

2. 2009 Key Activity : A1 GP

Objective:

1. Build JobStreet branding on an international level motor sport platform.

2. To show a sporting side of JobStreet and connect with our key stakeholders:

Clients and Jobseekers in fun , high profile event when the race come to

Malaysia

Key Strategy:

Strengthen partnership with A1Team MY by using our communication platform

to reach and build a strong fan base for A1

Use the relationship to build strong rapport with Campus – especially in

engineering and IT.

Position JobStreet to be key in bringing in big crowds to the 2009 race in

Malaysia

Extend the excitement of the race using on line racing game with exciting

prizes.

3. Invalid account reactivations

Objective:

To reactivate accounts in our database that have become invalid. Focus is on

the hard to fill positions for experience candidates in IT and Finance.

Key Insights from past projects on invalid accounts from IT and Finance:

- 65% contactable via call to their HP

Of that total:

- 46% – Started using a new email address but did not update Jobstreet.com

- 23% – Did not know it was not valid

Key Strategy:

Call up invalid accounts in IT and Finance. Target age gp 30-40 yos

Approx base size =80K.

Contact rate at 65% = 52K prospective recovery

Target 60% recovery to active = 31K or 12.5% of new sign up total
