Projects and Trips

Homework

Homework is posted each and every morning or afternoon in class. Students are responsible for copying assignments into their planners.Assignments and notices are put into students’ daily folders. Left pocket items to leave at home, Right pocket items need to be returned. Students have been instructed to make sure they have everything before they leave. Homework is due the next day unless otherwise directed.

Additional Information

Students should always have a chapter book at their desk for reading if they finish their work early.

Third Graders will take the OAA Reading Assessment in the early fall.

Study Island – a weekly assignment in Reading and Math. Required

Health – is incorporated in our Science Curriculum. Health projects will be graded as a test.

A = 90 -100

B = 80 - 89

C = 70 - 81

D = 70 - 74

F = 0 – 69

Progress reports keep you informed of your child’s quarterly progress.
