WCCI Appraisals Web Ordering Guide for

1. Go to www.WCCI.biz

2. Click the Green Login Button

3. Enter Your User ID, Password, & Security Code

Please Note that after 3 incorrect attempts the system will lock you out for security purposes.

If your account gets locked click ‘Forgot Your Login’ Or ‘Reset Your Password.’

4. Once logged in you will see the ‘Order Status’ page.

5. To Place an Order simply click ‘Place an Order’ at the top of the screen.

6. This will take you to the ‘New Appraisal Order’ form.

1. Select the Appraisal Type from the Drop-Down Menu.

7. On the ‘New Appraisal Order’ form be sure to fill in all necessary fields, starting with ‘Appraisal Service Details.’

8. Click ‘Submit’ to send the order to WCCI.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation from WCCI.

Click ‘Check Order Status’ 24/7 to return to the main menu and check on the progress of your appraisal report.
