    Location Eastern Visayas, all of Samar island, and associated islands, Samar, Eastern Samar,and Northern Samar provinces; eastern half, Biliran Province; Leyte Province, Leyte towneast, Carigara bay, south to Tacloban, continuing along Leyte gulf shore south, inlandarea west to highlands.
