We started to develop an e-mail solution

Not every day, but often she comes

to the service office. She is sick,

has social phobia, is uncertain and

very quiet. I helped her a few times

and we've got a good contact. She

can express herself when she talks,

but not in writing.

When she comes into our office,

she tries to get eye contact with

me. I know that if I nod to her she

understands that I will help her

soon. It feels good. She feels

secure in my presence. Previously,

she turned around and went home.

Now she no longer turns back in

the door. Now she thanks.
