planted the seeds for the French revolution because the Nobles and Churches did not have to pay taxes

Change of Authority

• In June of 1789 commoners had enough and declared themselves a National Assembly

We have the Power•After creating this National

Assembly the commoners gave themselves the power to write an entirely new French Constitution
