Content:- information on how the validation of NIL integrates into the existing legal and institutional framework in Russia• guidelines for HEIs, ministry of education, employers to conduct validation of NIL• training opportunities towards the level of certified trainers in the field of validation NIL in HE (programmes and schedule), including information on providers of such training programs• methodologies for and instruments to support validation of NIL• support for up-to-date technological support for validation procedures (ePortfolio), but also in general, to support reflective learning both in HE and at the work place; making learning outcomes from NIL visible and thus, recognizable.
