• Ability to communicate effectively

• Has been on standard DOT for a minimum of 4 weeks

• Stable address with good lighting and an appropriate location for the videophone

• Internet access

• 4 Health Outreach workers/ 2 Shifts

• 18 video phones in current rotation

• Travel time saved since inception of the program 38697 minutes

• Mileage saved since inception $17,412.20
