• Cultured on Macconkey and blood agar .

• Small loop 1 µl count colonies* 1000(0.01 ml)• Large loop 10µl count colonies* 100(0.1ml)• 10 ^5 > significant infection.• 10^3-10^5 intermediate infection.• 10^3 < Not significant.• Colony count unite : CFU (colony forming unite).
