COMPREHENSIVE PLANCITY OF DUNCANVILLE
Freese and Nichols assisted the City of Duncanville in developing its first comprehensive plan, Destination Duncanville. By focusing on public engagement and data-driven assessment, Freese and Nichols developed a plan that is specific to Duncanville and highly responsive to the community. Destination Duncanville tactfully guides the City on how to revitalize aging land uses, preserve neighborhoods, improve perception through aesthetic enhancements, and facilitate economic development.

LEWISVILLE VISION 2025
CITY OF LEWISVILLEVision 2025 is a strategic plan with an implementation emphasis to guide the development of the City through the next 10 to 20 years. This planning effort responded to two critical community needs: lack of community vision and outreach to a diverse representation of citizens. The plan examined realities of existing conditions, the marketplace, demographic implications, areas of growth potential and regional trends.
Our professionals maintain leadership positions in the American Planning Association and are also involved in other organizations, such as the Urban Land Institute, National Complete Streets Coalition, Congress for the New Urbanism, Form-Based Codes Institute, American Institute of Architects and American Society of Landscape Architects.
