Uploading Pics

There are several diffenet ways to upload images to the site that depend on your level of access priviledge.

The method shown below will allow EVERONE who is registered on the site to upload, although images will not be displayed until signed off by a web master.

It is a two stage process:

1) Upload images to your own pitchero profile (or picture “store)2) Share the images with TRFC web site.

Upload Images to your account

Log into your Pitchero Account

Click on Photos

Click on the required Upload to: button

If using existing album; select it from the drop down menu, if uploading to a new the process is very similar

Navigate to the folder on your computer where the images are

Make sure the images you want are “checked” - (Ticked in English)

Click on Upload

Name the Album if it is a “New Album”

Then Save Changes

The images have now been uploaded into YOUR PROFILE (ie “picture “store”) They are now yet posted to the Topsham site.

To share them on the TRFC site

Click on Photos and Videos on main navigation bar:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the album (from your “store” that contains the images you want to share

Select the Team you want the images to be associated with

Then click on “Share”

You should then see this confirmation

As soon as the images have been approved by a web master they will be there for all to see. The “approval” step prevents any unauthorised or unusual uploads whilst allowing everyone the ability to post images.
