The enCORE project develops an educational community for secondary educators and industry professionals to share their experiences and their knowledge of media.

In the develop of this community there would be a continuous, fluid exchange and growth of knowledge not only nationally but internationally.

The Mind, Media and the Message Festival (M3F) is a secondary international, digital arts festival, run by high school students for high school students.
• Non-profit organization• Variety of activities: launch, fundraisers, a teachers’
conference, submissions of digital artworks, judging, submissions and the actual festival
• www.m3f.org • Past years over 1000 digital artwork submissions from
across country (photography, illustration, dtp, image manipulation, interactive media, video, animation, sound)
• 7th year
• M3F requires a viable and practical way to connect students, teachers and industry members
• Need for open source content management• Need for evolving space for cultural, interdisciplinary,
and curriculum development• enCORE partnership with M3F is one step in
developing developing a sustainable existence.
