Pre-condition for the guaranteeing is an appropriate and professional installation under consideration
of the cross-sectional calculation according to EN 13384-1, the complete installation
of the single parts from the boiler and gas flue outlet to the end cap
in our quality of materials and the absolute avoidance of the impact of
chlorinated hydrocarbon.
The stainless steel pipe is to be cleaned with a plastic or stainless steel broom.
It has to be ruled out that the stainless steel mingles with ferritic or low-grade metal.

• the FSB is a self-supporting steel chimney which statically is mostly realised with a fixation on a building.• the erection height depends on the number of possible wall fixations and the free-standing cantilever above the last wall fixation.

• generally the inner tube is the supporting and at the same time the medium leading system element.• the minimum wall thickness for stainless steel (standard material 316) is 1,5-3 mm, for a steel tube (S235JR) it is 3-8 mm.• dimensions are determined on the basis of the necessary corrosion allowance, the static (dead weight) and if needed the dynamic load (lateral oscillation).

• the visible tube is the supporting and medium leading pipe at the same time, and is normally not insulated.• the dimensions of the supporting tube are determined and calculated according to the given air volumetric flow rate, the static (dead weight) and if needed the dynamic load (lateral oscillation).• depending on the application stainless steel with a wall thickness of ≥ 1.5 mm or black steel with ≥ 4 mm is used.

• finned bonnets, air outlet bends or accelerator nozzles can optionally be attached to the support tube. Retrofitting is also possible in particular cases.

Pre-condition for the guaranteeing is an appropriate and professional installation under consideration
of the cross-sectional calculation according to EN 13384-1, the complete installation
of the single parts from the boiler and gas flue outlet to the end cap
in our quality of materials and the absolute avoidance of the impact of
chlorinated hydrocarbon.
The stainless steel pipe is to be cleaned with a plastic or stainless steel broom.
It has to be ruled out that the stainless steel mingles with ferritic or low-grade metal.
