Appointment of Mr. Saniay Borwankar as an Additional Director and Whole - time Dir.�ctor of the Company.

Mr. Sanjay Borwankar has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole� Time Director of the Company (subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company) for a period of one year with effect from 15 th J?ebruary 2020 in place of Mr Dinesh Kumar Sachdeva.
