T.Y. B. Sc Admission Schedule- 2019-20
(For filling PREFERENCE FORM for admission to T.Y.B.Sc. in Botany,
Chemistry, Electronic Science, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology)
Read following instructions carefully before filling the PREFERENCE form
1. There are limited seats for all special subjects.

2. Students are advised to consult teachers before filling the Subject Preference Form.
3. While filling Application Form, students should assign PREFERENCE numbers to the
subjects taught at S.Y.B.Sc.
4. Subject Preference Form must be submitted ONLINE.
5. Only online Preference Forms will be accepted and will be processed for merit lists.
6. Note that submission of Subject Preference Form does not imply admission for the special
subject selected by the student.
7. Allotment of special subject will be made based on merit, in order of preference as
well as statutory reservations and availability of seats for the given subject.
8. Admission of students in Merit List will be subject to verification of documents.
9. Eligibility for TYBSc [FYBSc - All subjects clear and SYBSc – All subjects clear or Fail ATKT]

Procedure for filling Subject Preference Form 1. It is mandatory to update your profile before filling the Subject Preference Form.
2. Go to www.deccansociety.com
3. Login using your user id (i.e. your official e-mail registered with college) and password,
given by GEMS for admission.
4. Fill in all the necessary information and save.
5. Go to ‘Academic Functions’ In Student Subject Preference (Fill your complete
profile up to XII marks Select FYBSc, SYBSc mark your FYBSc, SYBSc subjects and
fill your FYBSc, SYBSc marks against the subjects. Calculate Results Click on Save
6. Click on SET Priority Students should assign numbers (1,2,3) to the subjects which
they had at SYBSc and which are available at special level, in preferential order Save
priority.
7. Click on Print Student Details check and re-check your subject preferences.
8. Keep the copy of printout of Subject Preference Form for your reference.

T.Y.B.Sc. Admission process
For B.Sc. in Microbiology and Environmental Science
1. Admission forms will be available ONLINE for Microbiology and
Environmental Science 06rd June 2019 to 8th June 2019
For admission to B.Sc. in Botany, Chemistry, Electronic Science, Geology,
Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology
1. Admission forms will be available ONLINE 18th June to 20th June 2019.
2. Admission process & ONLINE payment of fees to be completed during this
period.
3. Students eligible for Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj scholarship should contact Mr.
Sathe / Mr. Palkar in college office prior to filling the admission form.
4. Log on to www.deccansociety.com with your GEMS login ID and password
5. Go to - Next Year Admission Link – Confirm First / Second Year marks –
Check the core and elective subjects - Save & Finish.
6. Download – Admission form and undertakings PDF files. Take the printouts
and sign the documents.
7. Go to the - payment mode – Click on ONLINE payment. (Fees to be deposited
only online – use Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking)
8. After depositing entire fees online, students will receive a notification of fee
receipt in three working days on their login. Print 3 copies of this fee receipt.

9. Submission of forms –Submit duly signed Admission form, undertaking and fee
receipt (Receipt - 2 copies) in the respective departments as per the following
schedule.

Caste, Validity, Non Creamy Layer Certificate 1 Photo Copy Self Attested Last Year’s Handbooks & Fee Receipts Original
10. * Students, who have Scholarship/FreeShip should submit the admission forms and fee receipt to Scholarship section, Office No.3, Main Building.
11. ICCR/SAARC/Foreigner/ NRI students should get their documents verified from
Mrs. Aparna Kale of International Student Facilitation center, Office no.3 before filling the admission form.
