This shows a tray erecting step by step, and was used to illustrate a problem with the design of the machine. A flap interferes with an infeed wheel. When observed at normal speed it is difficult to see. By modelling the equipment using CAD software, we were able to point out exactly where there were problems and eventually design solutions that eliminated the issues completely.
