The goal of this study is to formulate a strategy for interprovincial travel that can:– Accommodate all modes (pedestrians, cyclists, transit and

vehicles);– Define an interprovincial plan considering quality of life

and economic objectives of the communities;– Provide environmental clearance for a project in the 20

year planning horizon;– Define a strategic plan for the 50 year planning horizon

for east and west; and– Balance transportation objectives with environmental and

economic objectives and effects.
