I have known Todd for 2 years through my role as a Nursing instructor at Kapi‘olani Community College. I was Todd’s instructor in the classroom and clinical setting in the associate degree nursing program. I have enjoyed having Todd as a student and seeing him progress through his nursing education.

Todd is a kind, caring and hard-working individual. He is focused on providing safe, effective nursing care to his clients at all times. He has strong critical thinking skills, and he is able to analyze and prioritize client issues in a timely fashion. He is personable and professional when working with clients, staff, instructors and peers. Todd has excellent customer service skills and is easily able to establish rapport with a wide variety of clients.

I believe Todd would be an asset to any unit that he is assigned to.
