Liz is very excited about the opportunitythat has been awarded to her.“I applied to the MSRE program at UNCC for many reasons, but my biggest motivation was (and still is) my desire to connect to the local real estate industry and to be able to better connect with the clients that I serve. After the program, I hope to have a deeper understanding of the factors that developers consider when executing and managing their projects and to have developed relationships with others in Charlotte’s real estate community.”¬

MSRE is a one-year program that will start in fall 2012 with plans for 12-15students in the inaugural class. NC-CCIM is also providing MSRE students withaccess to “Site to Do Business.” In return, UNC Charlotte has agreed to provideclassroom space for all four core CCIM classes in 2012 at no cost to NC-CCIM.
