Procedures/testing Details:

1. Raw materials: Raw materials are examined to ensure that they have reached customers' requirements. For any problem, the controller will submit a report to the QC supervisor.2. Production Lines: Per process, our QC members randomly select and check a set of samples. If the no good products exceed the pre-assigned percentage of errors, the whole production line of the Process will be reviewed.3. Finished Products: Our quality controller check carefully the goods before transfer packing process to make sure the products are qualified.We also can send our products to laboratory for testing if customer require.
