This is a later version of Operation Match. Unfortunately, this copy does not have an answer form. So it's not entirely clear how this test works.

These two ads show that the same test is being used in party mode as well as dating mode!
This set of questions is puzzling. On one hand, it indicates that reciprocity is obtained by direct questioning rather than by having two answers to the same question (one for you and one for your ideal mate). But we know from the 2nd page that the questions are to be answered twice. So this seems to be a double two-way. Not only must your date be in a reciprocal match with you, but also in a reciprocal match about how reciprocal you require the match to be.
