Simplicity So much noise, buzz words & technology exist that simplicity is a much needed break whether its with a bike ride, white space or a quiet morning.

Travel My mum visited me in Pennsylvania, pulled out a map & said, “I’ve never been here.” Man, did she want to go. Travel can be a lot of fun.

Bravery It takes a lot of guts to be in this world from being brave enough to say what you want, to dream, or to do.

Doing The non-profit, Direct Relief International is an amazing example of people doing amazing things. Don’t just think ideas, do them.

Community Community is an over-used buzzword now but it’s still something I believe in whether it’s online or off. Connection makes things happen.

Love & Vulnerability I used to think being these things were a weakness. But thanks to inspirational friends, I’ve been learning otherwise.

Hope There is always tomorrow. There is always possibility. There is always something to be glad about (and it all circles back to smart, bold women with romantic notions from olden times, especially orphans).
