What's Worked (and not) Over The Last 6 Months

What's Worked - Our Hosting & Other Add Ons

• Dedicated Servers and VPSs have done exceedingly well across the last 2 quarters with a 43% increase in Sales

• Business Email has received a very positive response

• Comodo has more than doubled our sales compared to our previous line of certificates (yes, it's cheaper :))

What's Not Worked - Our Support Load

• It's been overloaded, and a tad bit slow 

• We have however worked over the last few months to increase team size

• Our Support team size is now bigger by over 40%

• Done so while maintaining quality levels of the talent that we hire

What's Worked - Our Domain Offers

• IN : $2.99

• BIZ : $3.99 (Feb - April)

• BIZ : $3.69 (May - June)

• ASIA : $3.49 (Feb - April)

• ASIA : $2.49 (May - June)

What's Not Worked - New gTLDs

• We have a massive focus towards developing markets

• The level of awareness about New gTLDs is extremely low

• They account for 1% of total registrations. ccTLDs count for 4.,5% and traditional gTLDs 54.5%

• Despite that though, .science, .xyz and .club numbers have been domainer and speculation driven

• We rely on providers such as yourself to be able to change that trend
