COMPETITION FORMAT( 5 DAY EVENT: Wed – Sun )

• ENGINEERING DESIGN ( 150 points ):• Design report submitted (~May 1st)• Poster presentation• Workmanship

• BOAT COMPETITIONS ( 850 points ):• Qualifying: Maneuverability & Sprint• Slalom• Sprint ( 300 meters)• Endurance ( 2 times 2 hours)

COMPETITION “Happenings”( 5 DAY EVENT: Wed – Sun )

• WEDNESDAY - register, begin technical inspection, attend Opening Reception.

• THURSDAY – continue Tech Inspections and

run Qualifying Events• FRIDAY – run Slalom Race and 300-meter

Sprint Heats • SATURDAY – run 4-hour Endurance Event• SUNDAY – run Final Sprint Events and attend
