The Gardens of Aranjuez

Royal Palace of Aranjuez

The Royal Palace of Aranjuez is a summer residence of the King of Spain, located in the town of Aranjuez, Community of Madrid, Spain. The palace is open to the public as one of the Spanish royal sites.

The Isle Garden

 It is Considered the most important and typical of the Hapsburgs era (16th century).

Fountain of Apolo

 Apollo has been variously recognized as a god of music, truth and prophecy, healing, the sun and light, plague, poetry, and more.

Parterre Garden

A small gate opens on to El Parterre Garden. The paths that criss-cross the garden are silent witnesses to the comings and goings of past monarchs 

Hercules is the Roman name for the Greek divine hero Heracles, who was the son of Zeus and the mortal Alcmene

When the wide paths are like carpets of yellow and ochre leaves, its hundred and fifty hectares are a paradise of peace. It was designed in the English style of the 18th century and form s a serene landscape accompanied by the whisper of the Tajo River

 Casa del Labrador

This house was built during the reign of Charles IV over a modest workers' house within the gardens of the Aranjuez Palace, on the banks of the Tagus River.

The parterre one. It gives us calm, peace, harmony with its flora and when the leaves are orange and are falling , we love them
