THE ANT AND THE DOVE

Once upon a time, there was a little ant.

One day , it went to the river.

Suddenly , it fell into the river. He could not get out.

A dove saw the ant. It threw a leaf.

The ant was safe.

The ant was happy.“One day I will help you”,

said the ant.The dove said, “You are

too little to help”.

One day, Joe the hunter went into the jungle.

He saw the dove. He had a bow and an arrow.

“I will get the dove”, said Joe.

The ant saw Joe. It cried , No! No! No!

“I must help the dove”The ant bite Joe, “Ow! Ow! Ow!” cried Joe. Joe jump up

and down.

The dove flew away. It was happy.

“You helped me, Thank you” , said the dove to the ant.
