Objectives: Participant should be able to:
• Recognize that certain problems have more than one right answer and that they need to be dealt with differently (awareness)
• Apply the model to a polarity of their choosing• Take away some concrete actions they can use in their day
to day work
Result
• increase the balance between two apparently opposing positions
• increase awareness and comfort in what may be seen as a chaotic/evolving environment
