In response to our meeting with the MassDEP on June 1, 2017, we provide the following

supplemental information related to staging of ash at the Saugus Ash Monofill in

Saugus, Massachusetts. An application for Minor Modification of the Monofill was

submitted to the MassDEP on April 19, 2017. The information herein is transmitted on

behalf of Wheelabrator Saugus, Inc. and is intended to supplement the application.

Attached are supplemental plans depicting the ash staging area to be developed.
