• MAPP process requires a lot of resources.
• Lengthy process which takes several meetings over several months.

What We Will Do Differently the Next Time
• Implement MAPP process or other PHAB suggested models initially and earlier in the process.
• Complete CHA and HIAPs before beginning accreditation process.
