OverviewThe Impact Accelerator development journey is anchored on the multiple leadership roles that leaders will need to play going forward to create impact. These multiple leadership roles span across - business, workforce and emerging - categories of roles. In total we have identified 9 different leadership roles. We work with our clients to select down from that list to the most relevant and impactful leadership roles for their respective organisations. The journey is heavily application oriented and helps leaders develop fluency and energy around the multiple leadership roles and showcase additional accelerated leadership impact immediately.

04. 'Agile Leadership' development journey
OverviewThe Agile leadership development journey is aimed at helping leaders shift their leadership approach which enables autonomy, mastery and purpose within their teams. Agile as a methodology has shifted from the core realm of software development to the mainstream of business - product development, operations, marketing and sales. Leaders across multiple domains are expected to facilitate and enable the shift towards agile at scale. They will need to adopt a different mindset, learn new rituals, foster Creative confidence in their teams. OverviewOrganisations across industries are going through digital transformations which are in response to changing customer needs, competitor actions and advances in exponential technologies.
