OverviewThe Impact Accelerator development journey is anchored on the multiple leadership roles that leaders will need to play going forward to create impact. OverviewThe Agile leadership development journey is aimed at helping leaders shift their leadership approach which enables autonomy, mastery and purpose within their teams. Agile as a methodology has shifted from the core realm of software development to the mainstream of business - product development, operations, marketing and sales. Leaders across multiple domains are expected to facilitate and enable the shift towards agile at scale.
