function can be outsourced.

In all support services there have been trends toward
Shared Services and Centres of Excellence.
Shared Services centralise functions such as payroll,
financial accounting, etc.
Finance Centres of Excellence comprise:
- Transactional
- Technical
- Business Partnering
A lot of what we do is Just Maths – the value is in
translating the numbers into organisational
performance.
The challenge is to add value in all that we do – to
ensure that all the resources available to our
organisations are used to treat people well.
