What are we?

We are a group of professional facilitators/trainers with diverse backgrounds, qualifications and industries, specialising in bringing the best out of individuals and organisations.

Who are our clients?

We will work with anyone from any sized organisation, or individuals.

Our clients have included: - Fire fighters, Social workers, Health Workers, Housing officers, Voluntary workers, Small businesses, Local authorities, Teachers, Farmers, Nurses, etc…

What do we do?

The following slides give a flavour of our services and products. Essentially they come in three distinct groups: -

1. Health & Safety Inspections, assessments and advice.

2. Health & Safety Training.

3. Interpersonal and personal skills training.

Health & Safety

Fire Risk Assessments in line with current Fire Regulations.

H & S Management Training.

H & S Management Training – a basic course for sound understanding of H&S Management.

Risk Assessment Course – trains the individual to undertake risk assessments on behalf of his/her organisation.

Policy Training – trains the representative or nominated person to formulate an effective H & S Policy

Workers’ Safety Training

Managing Aggression and Violence – Acts of aggression & violence against British workers is on the increase, and individuals as well as organisations are liable in law if there is a failure to take care of one’s workforce or the public at large. The consequences of violent incidents are far reaching and costly, causing financial restrictions, low morale, poor attendance (sick) records, increased insurance, rapid workforce turnover, training and skills shortfall and overstretched remaining workers. It is the law that all workers MUST be trained in dealing with anything they may be reasonably expected to face. Sadly, aggression & violence is one of those reasonable expectations for many workers today.

How do we work?

Firstly, we work with the client to formulate realistic aims and objectives. If necessary we will undertake a training needs analysis in order to establish precisely what training is required.

Secondly, we will use a variety of training techniques to maintain interest and ensure that as much as possible the training is practically based to enable effective learning to take place.

Thirdly, we use effective testing to establish levels of learning and feedback to identify if we need to further improve the training package.

Fourthly, we work to the convenience of the client, in their premises (if available) or at a location suitable for the delegates.

Where do we work?

We are based in the South East, to the west of the Greater London Area, but we have associates in other parts of the UK.

If in doubt, please ask, as we are willing to travel to the client.

How much do we cost?

All work will be individually priced, whether H & S work or training. We will price all work by the hour, unless otherwise negotiated. All pricing will include preparation, delivery and reports.

Travel & expenses will be added if incurred, but will be agreed at time of contract negotiation.

Discounts are available for registered charities.
