Background:Team 18 is working to develop a system “Website” for Planet Seafood.

Purpose:Inform the client “what sort of system we are going to deliver?”.

Scope:This presentation will cover an overview of the project, proposed system description and current status.

Introduction

Proposed system includes three components which are a database, a content management system (CMS), and an online store system.

Project overview

The website is limited to a subscription service only.

The subscription service is inactive. Lack of basic website elements. The data “customer emails” are not in

Planet Seafood possession.

Team: Recovered well after receiving a new

member. Actively reviewing team processes.

Current Project Status

Project: Deliverables are on time. Some issues due to lack of experience. Indecisiveness over how to build the

system.

Client: Easy to contact. No issues to report.
