Sycamore.US provides a comprehensive

benefits package to its full-time employees. * Medical, Dental, & Vision - 100% Company Paid The medical and vision insurance is provided through UnitedHealth Care Choice Plus. Dental insurance is provided through Principal. Sycamore.US, Inc. covers full-time employees and their families at no cost to the employee for all three insurances. We are proud to say that we have one of the finest insurance packages offered in today's market. If an employee has coverage elsewhere and chooses to opt out of the provided insurance, he or she will receive $100.00 in their bi-weekly paycheck. * Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment - 100% Company Paid Life insurance is provided through Principal and covers two times the salary with a minimum of $150,000.00 and a maximum of $500,000.00, whichever is greater. Optional dependent lifeinsurance is also available at an additional cost. * 401(k) Savings ING is our 401(k) carrier. All employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate and will be 100% vested starting on their date of hire. Sycamore.US will match $0.50 for each employee contributed dollar up to 6% of includable compensation. * Disability Insurance Disability insurance is provided through Principal and covers all employees who work 24 hours per week or more. Long-term disability coverage is 60% of your monthly salary up to $10,000 per month. This payment benefit will lasts for two years and up to age 65. Short-term disability coverage is 60% of weekly salary up to $1750 per week for a maximum of 76 days. * Flexible Spending Account This account enables an employee to set aside pre-tax money to cover dependent care expenses, as well as other non-reimbursed medical expenses such as co-pays and deductibles.

* Education Assistance Sycamore.US, Inc. will reimburse up to $4,000.00 per year to assist employees in furthering their careers with Sycamore. The reimbursement can be used for tuition, fees and/or books. * Internet Reimbursement Full-time employees are eligible to receive a reimbursement up to $19.95 per month per household for at home Internet services. * Leave Benefits Sycamore.US, Inc. provides negotiable paid time off (PTO) and ten holidays per year. Other types of leave available are: bereavement leave, child care leave, personal business leave, management directed leave, jury duty, voting leave active duty leave, and military leave. * Flexible Working Hours Flex hours are available on contract basis to enable employees to better their quality of life with their families. Sycamore.US promotes flexible working schedules. * Annual Reviews Reviews are given by supervisors every twelve months of continuous employment. * Referral Bonus For each new referral hired, Sycamore pays a bonus amount corresponding to the open requisition's job title and requirements. Referral bonus amounts range from $1,000.00 to $7,500.00. * Quarterly Social Gatherings Once a quarter all employees and their families are invited to a company-sponsored social event. Past events included sports events and world-class theater (River Dance, Les Miserable). Recently, Sycamore took every employee and a guest on a three-day Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas!

* Dinner and a Movie Company presidents Kurt Heckman and Hal Ammann set aside an evening every other month to invite employees and guest to an informational dinner. While at dinner employees will receive gift cards to popular cofee shops and movie tickets. This is a time to share ideas, company happenings, and upcoming events. * Awards Sycamore.US annually presents awards for week-long time shares. The employees andmanagers vote for the employee who will win the award.
