- Holistic view - all hospitals workwith all environmental issues- Hardly the best in the world in anything, but top 5 % in everything.-System solutions - infrastructure

} Most hospitals certifiedaccording to ISO 14001.

} Recycling is verydeveloped – wasteminimisation

} All x-ray - digital} All hospitals nearly CO2-

neutral (energy), green electricity, district heatingnetworks very developed.

} Laughing gas cleaninginstalled at all the largetsthospitals/regions.

} The building standards very high in a European context – buildinglegislations since the 70’s.

} Training – all regions/key stafffunctions environmentally trained.

} Biogas cars and other low-fuel carsvery common.

} Eco-driving – Heavy EcoDriving – ISA-system

} All regions/hospitals have a joint Code-of-Conduct and suppliers areevaluated and audited.

} Many hospitals PVC-free} New buildings have very high demands

on energy efficency. 120 kWh/m2 –60 kWh/m2

} Geo-thermal heating & cooling, solar cells etc. arebecoming more and morecommon.

} Many of the regions are on the way to become ClimateNeutral, very high ambitions.
