FOR A FEASTIV MEAL

First we prepare the ingrediantes.

CHICKEN

SALT

MEDIUM SIZED ONION

TWO WHITE BREAD BUNS

ONE CARTON SOURED CREAM

CAROTES

1dl MILK

WHITE WINE (your choice)

OIL

1 EGG

PREPERATION

SEPEARTE THE SKIN AND MEET ON THE BACK SO THAT YOU CREATE SPACE BETWEEN THE MEET AND SKIN.

SALT THE CHOCKEN.

CUT UP: ½ ONION, CAROTES THE 2 BUNS

HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN AND FRY THE ONIONS.

BOIL THE MILK.

PUT THE ONIONS AND CUT UP BUNS IN A BOWL.

ADD THE MILK…,

…, ADD 2 TOPPED UP SPOONS OF SOURED CREAM …

… AND THE EGG.

MIX WELL SO THAT YOU GET A THICK SPREAD.

STUF THE SPREAD INTO THE SPACE ON THE CHICKENS BACK.

CLOSE THE HOLE BY SOWING IT UP.

PUT THE CHICKEN IN A BAKING TRAY AND ADD THE REMAINES OF THE CAROTES AND ONIONS.

POUR THE OIL OVER THE CHICKEN.

PUT THE CHICKEN IN THE OVEN, FOR ½ HOUR FIRST.

AFTER ½ HOUR TAKE THE CHICKEN OUT POUR THE WINE OVER IT AND PUT IT BACK, COVERED WITH TIN FOIL.

THIS TIME BAKE IT FOR 1 HOUR AT 200°C.
