STRONGSPEAKING
16 "What are we going to do with these
men?" they asked. "Everybody living in
Jerusalem knows they have done an
outstanding miracle, and we cannot deny it.17 But to stop this thing from spreading any
further among the people, we must warn
these men to speak no longer to anyone in
this name."
Acts 4: 16 -20
18 Then they called them in again and
commanded them not to speak or teach at
all in the name of Jesus. 19 But Peter and
John replied, "Judge for yourselves whether
it is right in God's sight to obey you rather
than God. 20 For we cannot help speaking
about what we have seen and heard."
Acts 4: 16-20
Strength is behaviorborn out of belief .
WE SPEAK
STRONGLY
ABOUT WHAT
WE BELIEVE
DEEPLY.
So Saul…moved about freely in Jerusalem,
speaking boldly in the name of the Lord.
Acts 9:28
So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable
time there, speaking boldly for the Lord.
Acts 14:3
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit
and spoke the word of God boldly.
Acts 4: 31
16 "What are we going to do with these
men?" they asked. "Everybody living in
Jerusalem knows they have done an
outstanding miracle, and we cannot deny it.
Acts 4: 16
Strong speaking is when you experience
the power of God.
17 But to stop this thing from spreading any
further among the people, we must warn
these men to speak no longer to anyone in
this name." 18 Then they called them in
again and commanded them not to speak or
teach at all in the name of Jesus.
Acts 4: 16 -20
19 But Peter and John replied, "Judge for
yourselves whether it is right in God's sight
to obey you rather than God. 20 For we
cannot help speaking about what we have
seen and heard."
Acts 4: 16-20
BECAUSE I BELIEVE
SO DEEPLY
1I CAN’T HELP BUT SPEAK
STRONGLY TO MYSELF.
STRONG SPEAKING
And David was greatly distressed; for the
people spoke of stoning him…but David
encouraged himself in the Lord his God.
1 Sam 30:6 KJV
2I CAN’T HELP BUT
ENCOURAGE YOU..
STRONG SPEAKING
Rebuke is for you but encourage is for
others.
But encourage one another daily, as long as
it is called Today…
.
Heb 3:13
3I CAN’T HELP BUT
LOVINGLY CORRECT YOU..
STRONG SPEAKING
Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an
enemy multiplies kisses.
Prov 27:6
You Speak boldly about what you believe
deeply
4I CAN’T HELP BUT LEAD
YOU TOWARD CHRIST..
STRONG SPEAKING
For we cannot help speaking about what we
have seen and heard.
Acts 4:20
Speak STRONGLY ABOUT WHAT I
BELIEVE DEEPLY
45 When the Jews saw the crowds, they
were filled with jealousy and talked
abusively against what Paul was saying.46 Then Paul and Barnabas answered them
boldly: "We had to speak the word of God to
you first. Since you reject it and do not
consider yourselves worthy of eternal life,
we now turn to the Gentiles.
Acts 13: 45-49
47 For this is what the Lord has commanded
us: "'I have made you a light for the
Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the
ends of the earth.'" 48 When the Gentiles
heard this, they were glad and honored the
word of the Lord; and all who were
appointed for eternal life believed.
Acts 13: 45-49
Then Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly
and declared, "It was necessary that we first
preach the word of God to you Jews. But
since you have rejected it and judged
yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we will
offer it to the Gentiles.
Acts 13: 46-47 (NLT)
47 For the Lord gave us this command when
he said, 'I have made you a light to the
Gentiles, to bring salvation to the farthest
corners of the earth.”
Acts 13: 46-47 (NLT)
2 But the Jews who refused to believe
stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their
minds against the brothers. 3 So Paul and
Barnabas spent considerable time there,
speaking boldly for the Lord, who confirmed
the message of his grace by enabling them
to do miraculous signs and wonders.
Acts 14:2-4
30 For two whole years Paul stayed there in
his own rented house and welcomed all who
came to see him. 31 Boldly and without
hindrance he preached the kingdom of God
and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 28: 30-31
30 For the next two years, Paul lived in
Rome at his own expense. He welcomed all
who visited him, 31 boldly proclaiming the
Kingdom of God and teaching about the
Lord Jesus Christ. And no one tried to stop
him.
Acts 28: 30-31 (NLT )
27 "In fact, this has happened here in this
very city! For Herod Antipas, Pontius Pilate
the governor, the Gentiles, and the people
of Israel were all united against Jesus, your
holy servant, whom you anointed.28 But everything they did was determined
beforehand according to your will.
Acts 4:27-31 NLT
29 And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and
give us, your servants, great boldness in
preaching your word.30 Stretch out your hand with healing power;
may miraculous signs and wonders be done
through the name of your holy servant
Jesus."
Acts 4:27-31 NLT
31 After this prayer, the meeting place shook,
and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.
Then they preached the word of God with
boldness.
Acts 4:27-31 NLT
26 When he came to Jerusalem, he tried to
join the disciples, but they were all afraid of
him, not believing that he really was a
disciple. 27 But Barnabas took him and
brought him to the apostles. He told them
how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord
and that the Lord had spoken to him, and
how in Damascus he had preached fearlessly
in the name of Jesus.
Acts 9:26-31
28 So Saul stayed with them and moved
about freely in Jerusalem, speaking boldly in
the name of the Lord.29 He talked and debated with the Grecian
Jews, but they tried to kill him.30 When the brothers learned of this, they
took him down to Caesarea and sent him off
to Tarsus.
Acts 9:26-31
8 Paul entered the synagogue and spoke
boldly there for three months, arguing
persuasively about the kingdom of God.9 But some of them became obstinate; they
refused to believe and publicly maligned the
Way. So Paul left them. He took the disciples
with him and had discussions daily in the
lecture hall of Tyrannus.
Acts 9:8-10
10 This went on for two years, so that all the
Jews and Greeks who lived in the province
of Asia heard the word of the Lord.
Acts 9:8-10
29 Now, Lord, consider their threats and
enable your servants to speak your word
with great boldness.30 Stretch out your hand to heal and perform
miraculous signs and wonders through the
name of your holy servant Jesus."
Acts 4: 29-31
31 After they prayed, the place where they
were meeting was shaken. And they were all
filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word
of God boldly.
Acts 4: 29-31
We must experience the Love of God first before we could share it to others. If
you experience Jesus Christ you can’t help but speaking
of him.
