The 3D Design enters fabrication stage after the steel shapes have been sent for laser cutting and return to our fabrication workshop to begin the pre-paint fabrication and pre-fit.

The hydraulic components such as cylinders, motors, pumps and valves are procured and painted along with the disassembled steel components post pre-fit

Items complete but not shown in the pre-paint assembly include: The frame and cowling around the

3D SOLID WORKS DESIGN

Drilltechniques designed can-bus system that provides complete control over mixing parameters using load cells and programmable logic control to pre-determine mixing quantities and cycles

USB output allows the download of data for reporting purposes

Live display of the mixing

Indicators reference the working parts; there are also many others devices such as: air blowers, pressure gauge; hour counter; batches counter; switches for the automatic/manual operations.

A hand held radio remote control is utilised to turn the grout pump on/ and order batches.

For each function there is a manual over ride lever for emergency operation.

Weighing system scale type PW6 with three 1000kg load cells System allows control of two

components of mixing (Water and Cement) plus the agitator transfer function

In automatic mode the machine continuously produces single batches autonomously up to a pre-set volume and mix ratio

VALVING AND PUMPINGValving system 2 pinch valves are operated to permit the mixing operations and

transfer grout from the mixer to the agitator tank A second valve recirculates the grout in the agitator tank or

delivers it to the grout pump valves are controlled from the control panel or the radio remote

control
