Everyone can be great because anyone can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't even have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve... You only need a heart full of grace.

Introducing...
S.L.E.P. Service Leadership
Endorsement Program
SLEP is a Service Leadership Endorsement Program that enhances an SPSU degree through coursework that
explores qualities of leadership in a global and technological society as well as through service that asks
students to implement their leadership skills locally through co-curricular activities.
The program implements SPSU’s mission through the use of
technology to communicate, to analyze, and to solve complex problems that demand ethical service leadership. The Service Leadership Endorsement Program builds strength of character, integrity, and engaged citizenship.
What is SLEP
What is an Endorsement Program
An endorsement program is similar to having a minor or a certificate in an additional field, except that it
allows for us to give you credit for coursework, workshops, and service. Not only will your
transcript indicate that you have an
endorsement in leadership, but we will also
help you to create a co-curricular portfolio/ resume that helps you to share your work with
future employers.
Why SLEP
“It’s not who you are
underneath.
It’s what you do that
defines you.”
