Migas is a typical rural food. Depending on the area, it is prepared with either left-over bread

or semolina. Traditionally, the food was prepared at the work site and then eaten at the same place. The workers would eat the food straight from the pan.

Prep. Time : 10 minutesCook Time : 30 minutesTotal Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients.200 grams of bacon

4 cloves of garlic5 teaspoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt2 chopped spicy sausages

4 green peppers½ litre water

½ kg semolina

Preparation In a frying pan, add oil, garlic, bacon, and spicy sausages. Stir the ingredients for about 5 minutes or until fried.

Remove the garlic, bacon, and spicy sausages, but leave the oil in the pan.Now add the semolina and water to the oil and cook for about 20 minutes while stirring.

After, put the garlic, bacon, and spicy sausages back into the pan.In a separate pan, fry the green peppers and then add them to the other food as decoration.

This food is delicious and easy to prepare.
