The main responsibilities of this role is to create and implement strategies that will

1) increase local membership;

2) ensure satisfaction of existing members to ensure return memberships;

3) administer applications and collect application submission items.

• By showing value and sharing industry tips and secrets

• Bringing in new members

• Work with membership to encourage team effort to membership drive

• Work with the board to develop a strategy for balancing YS and regular membership

Ensure satisfaction of existing members: • Solicit the feedback from existing members to find out what is and isn’t working via suggested approaches:

• Issuing a survey at next 2 meetings designed to gather what we need to: start doing. stop doing. continue doing

• Collecting testimonials from existing members (their stories)

• Working on value propositions i.e.: member listing booklet/ member spotlight

Administer the applications and collect application submission items:• Work with the board to Implement a streamlined process and communicate it to members
